Requirements: - Minimum 5–6 years’ experience in CRM, customer service, or marketing.
- Experience in logistics or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Speak and Write Afrikaans.
