Overview

How you’d spend your day:

• Management and monitoring of CRM campaigns end to end.
• Process control and phases of campaign development.
• Historical DB analysis and insight extraction. Definition of CRM strategies, forecasting and campaign planning.
• Delivery of monthly reports and reporting.
• Support brands in decision making and action development.
• Design and ideation of reports and dashboarding.

Qualifications

What do you need?

• Degree in Marketing, ADE or similar.
• Demonstrable experience of +3 years in a CRM department, managing end-to-end campaigns.
• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic
• Teamwork experience.
• A high level of English (C1) in both spoken and written form.
