Location: India (FIFO – Fly-In Fly-Out)

Deployment Duration: 3-year project (12-month initial contract, with yearly renewal based on performance)

Shift Pattern: 14 days on-site, 14 days off-site (10-hour shifts, Mondays to Saturdays, Sundays off)

About the Role

We are looking for nine highly experienced Critical Risk Management (CRM) practitioners to join a multi-year, site-based CRM implementation project across nine operations, including underground hard‑rock mines, processing plants, and smelters, for a major global metal mining group operating in India. This is a field deployment role, not an office advisory position.

The successful candidates will spend the majority of their time on operational sites, coaching supervisors and frontline workers in the real‑world application of the CRM framework, supported by a critical control management software platform.
