Position Overview
DESCRIPTION:
14 shifts per month Will consider part time coverage 12 hour shifts | 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM Will be flexible on scheduling block shifts Local providers may be able to pick up single sporadic shifts 22 bed ICU Average census is 11 beds full Procedures: Intubations, vent management, central and arterial line placement, bronchoscopy, and thoracentesis Will do admissions Adults only Will remain on-site for entire shift | Sleep room available Solo intensivist coverage Night shifts may involve Tele-ICU coverage for sister hospitals Physicians are considered partners Directorship path is available and encouraged REQUIRED:
CA medical license in good standing or available to obtain ACLS BC/BE Critical Care with 5 years. Will consider BC/BE PULM/Critical Care
