About the Role

You will own the digital presence of Battle of Bats — end to end. Instagram, YouTube, player stories, match content, behind-the-scenes, reels, thumbnails, captions. All of it.

This is not a support role. You will be the engine behind our entire digital show.

For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

• Our YouTube channel — from match highlights to player documentaries
• Player stories — pros and amateurs alike, told in a way that stops people scrolling and goes viral
• Behind-the-scenes content from training, matches, and everything in between
• Short-form video, long-form video, captions, thumbnails — the full stack
