You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of crew changes of assigned vessels, ensuring that they are manned efficiently and in a timely manner to minimize overdue days and adhere to client-specific requirements. This role also involves processing monthly payroll entry, review of invoices and other ad hoc duties for any crew-related activities.

• Crew Mobilization – Ensuring each vessel’s crew mobilization is conducted promptly to maintain operational schedules and minimize instances of crew exceeding their contractual sea service periods.
