Position Overview
Job Description - Report to Crewing Manager and support crewing department with fleet of vessels, especially in Bulk Carriers.
- Arrange for interviews, medical check-ups, travel, lodging, etc. for seafarers apply COE from MPA and other flag requirements.
- Arrange for and verify seafarers’ licences, permits, certificates, and documentation into the system.
- Prepare and brief seafarers on their employment contracts, company policies, and procedures.
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements - Diploma in Maritime studies or related fields (Human Resource Management).
- At least 2 years of crew management.
- Able to work well both independently and in a team.
