- Operations and Service Delivery
- Shift Adherence: Strictly follow assigned shift schedules to ensure the outlet is always ready to serve our guests.
- Drink and Food Preparation: Handcraft beverages and prepare food items according to Santan’s standardized recipes.
- Quality Control: Ensure all food and drinks served meet our Premium Quality promise in both taste and presentation.
- Stock Management: Proactively monitor and replenish food stocks and supplies to ensure zero downtime during peak periods.
- Hospitality Excellence: Deliver Best-in-Class service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring a seamless, friendly checkout experience.
- Cleanliness and Food Safety Hygiene Standards
- Maintain a Clean as You Go policy.
