Position Overview
Job Description - Prepare Letters of Offer/Supplemental Letters of Offer (LO) for Business Units (BU) and attend to BU queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Review Bank’s standard forms, documents prepared by external lawyers, and materials provided by BU to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance to Bank policies, industry practices and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with BU, insurance companies, external lawyers to ensure timely completion of loan documentation.
- Ensure approval conditions and conditions precedent align with the terms of approval before issuing compliance certification in the Unit’s documentation system.
- Keep covenants, expiry dates and alerts updated in Unit’s documentation system.
- Authorize loan limits instituted by Credit Implementation after issuing compliance certification.
