Duties & Responsibilities
- Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.
- Allocation of payments.
- Reconciling of debtors statements.
- Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.
- Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).
- Liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.
