Position Overview
Key Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Prepare/conduct (including all the related document and processes) Credit reviews (annual reviews, interim reviews, ad-hoc reviews) Credit memo for new-to-bank and enhancement Pre-screen memo EWI memo/slides Other credit-related/amendment memo Cancellation memo Update ratings and financials Monitor and test covenants and risk triggers To manage queries and responses to stakeholders on credit submissions Perform any other tasks as assigned/required from time to time to assess credit worthiness of the clients, etc
Requirements Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience Preferably with Accounting and/or Auditing background and have experience in Real Estate/ Banking Knowledge in financial accounting and credit analysis preferred
