Primary role is to provide direct support for an experienced portfolio management team responsible for determining credit worthiness of new and existing borrowers based on established risk criteria.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Assist the Portfolio Managers with transaction setups, spreading financial statements, credit analysis, preparing projections and sensitivity analysis, completing risk ratings and credit approval documentation.
+ Assist with annual customer evaluations and reviewing quarterly covenant compliance, documenting the analysis and communicating any issues timely.
