The role
Reporting to the Senior Producer, the Creative Producer acts as a facilitator between the brand’s high-level vision and its physical execution. This is a highly collaborative role designed to support the Senior Producer by facilitating the 'creative ingredients' of our output.
What you’ll be doing (key responsibilities)
Aesthetic Talent Scouting: Identify and source photographers, videographers, and stylists whose portfolios align with the brand’s evolving visual identity. This includes negotiating with agents and talent to ensure costs remain competitive and fall within budget whilst simultaneously building strong relationships with external talentResource Procurement: Ensuring that equipment is ordered for creative photoshoots and campaign projectsCasting Curation: Curate talent pools that reflect the brand’s tone of voice, focusing on the 'look and feel' of models and creatives.
