They’re now seeking a **German-speaking Creative Operations Manager** with a strong background in design and marketing to act as the Founder’s right hand — blending operational structure with creative insight.
**The Role**:
This is a hybrid strategic-operational role that combines **executive support, team coordination, client communication, and creative understanding**.
You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, align the team around key priorities, and uphold the creative and organizational standards the agency is known for.
