Full Time – £56,000–£58,000 + Commission

We're a strategically led production agency based in Hitchin, working with ambitious brands across strategic campaigns, events, social content, and creative direction. We've grown entirely through the quality of our work and the relationships we build — and now we're looking for someone to lead client strategy, grow key accounts, and help drive the agency's next phase of growth.

THE ROLE

This is a senior, client-facing role at the heart of how Fairlight works.
