Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Installation and Dismantling - Assemble and disassemble tower cranes, mobile cranes, and other heavy-lift machinery at job sites.
- Install mast sections, turntables, jibs, counterweights, and climbing frames.
- Perform jacking up or jacking down operations for tower cranes using hydraulic jacking systems.
Inspection and Testing - Conduct pre-erection inspections of crane parts and lifting gear.
- Ensure proper alignment and torqueing of bolts and structural connections.
- Assist in load testing and function checks as required.
Safety Compliance - Follow risk assessment, safe work procedures (SWP), and fall protection protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all MOM and site‑specific safety rules.
- Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately.
