The administrative centre of CPACT is based at theUniversity of Strathclyde within the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry.The activities of CPACT involve research, knowledge transfer and training inthe areas of analytical chemistry, data analysis, process optimisation, andprocess performance monitoring. Experts in leading universities work withtechnology vendors and manufacturing companies in the energy, fine/specialitychemicals, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, food and pharma/healthcare sectorsto advance the use of real-time process analysis and process optimisationtechnologies in manufacturing.
