Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and resources.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Support pupils to stay engaged and focused throughout the lesson.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Confidence managing groups of secondary school pupils.

• Previous experience in education or youth work is desirable but not essential.
