Role Overview

The role of a Cover Supervisor doesn’t include planning and preparation; however, strong communication and classroom management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

1. Experience working with children/in education
2. Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11-16
3. Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
4. Excellent behaviour management
