**What You Will Do:**

+ Lead end-to-end data migration efforts for courts-related projects, including planning, execution, validation, and cutover support.
+ Partner with project stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to define migration strategy, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
+ Analyze source and target data structures, identify data quality issues, and develop mapping, transformation, and cleansing approaches.
+ Coordinate and oversee data extraction, loading, reconciliation, and defect resolution activities across multiple workstreams.
+ Establish the strategy and framework for the maintenance of migration documentation, runbooks, status reporting, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
