We are looking for a Courier Controller to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, timely coordination, and quick resolution of operational issues.
Working Hours:
Shift work (12 hours): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotating schedule with 2 rest days per week
Key Responsibilities - Monitor daily courier operations and ensure schedules are met
- Coordinate manpower, routes, and vehicle deployment
- Handle operational issues (delays, breakdowns, shortages)
- Track service performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports
- Communicate with supervisors, drivers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
