Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Development β Drive sales growth in assigned region; develop channel plans & market strategies; manage distributors, agents & end customers.
2.Distributor Management β Build & manage local distribution network; drive sales targets & marketing activities; set up training & incentive programs.
3.Technical Support β Provide pre-sales product solutions with HQ team; coordinate after-sales service & customer issues; collect feedback for product localization.
4.Brand & Events β Support local exhibitions & branding activities; build relationships with lab associations, universities, research institutes & key accounts.
5.Team Leadership β Recruit & manage local sales & technical support team; establish local sales management & customer service system.
