•Local Business Overall Management: Take full charge of the company’s internet business development, including user operation, sales expansion and advertising business layout in the local market. Formulate country-level business strategies, annual/quarterly sales & user growth goals and implementation plans, and ensure the completion of core business KPIs including user scale growth, sales revenue, advertising revenue, market penetration and user activity metrics.

•Market Localization Adaptation & Optimization: Deeply understand local internet market characteristics, user consumption habits, cultural customs, industry trends and local regulatory policies. Optimize product functions, operational strategies, content systems and marketing models to achieve full localization of internet business, eliminate cross-border operation barriers, and improve local user stickiness and market competitiveness.
