Country Head – Philippines | Renewables Platform

Formative Search is partnering with a newly established clean energy platform, backed by a proven infrastructure investor, to hire a Country Head for the Philippines.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity and you'd be the first senior hire in-market, responsible for building the business from the ground up.

The Role

You'll own the Philippines P&L and lead everything from project development and government relations to deal execution and team building. This isn't a caretaker role. The platform is actively deploying capital and needs someone who can move fast, build trust with regulators and offtakers, and close.
