**POSITION SUMMARY:**

Responsible for providing direct and indirect services to clients and families.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:**

+ High School diploma/GED with 4 + years experience in human services, OR
+ Associates degree with 1– 3 years experience in human services, OR
+ B.S. degree with 0 years experience. Liberal Arts degree in human service-related field preferred.
+ CASAC certification a plus.

Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise. Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service.

**SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:**

Current BLS/CPR certification and First Aid training....
