Job Title: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecounseling)

Work Mode: On-site Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases

Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally

Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads

Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems

Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments) Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

1-3 years of experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or education sales

Experience in the Education/EdTech sector preferred
