Serve as legal point person, providing transactional and advisory support to fixed income sales and trading desksAdvise on deal-contingent hedging strategies and related swap transactionsReview and analyze M&A documentation, including asset purchase agreements, NDAs, and commitment lettersEvaluate credit agreements and transaction documents for project finance dealsCounsel on securities law matters and support ongoing structured note programsManage global outside counsel to assess execution risk and closing probability for acquisition and financing transactions tied to derivativesPartner with business, risk, and external stakeholders to identify and resolve legal issues in structured cash and derivatives transactionsRespond to cross-functional inquiries (trading, sales, risk, operations, finance, on-boarding) on legal, credit, and documentation mattersSupport ad hoc legal ini...
