I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Ensures the fitting and alteration of existing costumes for new cast members by supervising and coordinating with the seamstress during measurement taking of the newly arrived artist in order to comply with the department’s esthetic standards as well as the comfort and well-being of the artist.
• Coordinates and supervises the production of all wardrobes related items by designing, identifying fabrics, procuring, purchasing, delivering and/or receiving and producing items always ensuring a proper task delegation and communication between Costume coordinator and seamstress.
• Coordinates and supervises all wardrobe-related purchases for Creative Entertainment by requesting, sourcing, analyzing and approving all items either identified to be necessary for daily operations such as threads and needles or as new items request by the Creative Director such as fabrics and wigs.
