Position Overview
Job Description
- Analyze production costs for Switchgear (SWGR), Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), and Transformers.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across materials, processes, and labor.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives to increase profitability for each project.
- Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineer
- At least 2 years of Cost Down Engineer
- Conversational Middle or High level in English (for communicating with customer and report line)
- Experience in communicating with customers to gather suggestions and requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
