What you will need to do:
Supports drafting of project-specific Cost Control Procedures.Supports preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in accordance with Company’s guidelines, WBS and Contract’s pricing structure.Supports preparation of initial Project Budget in accordance with the Scope of Work and tender pricing documents.Collects actual costs/expenditures and allocates to the CBS.Calculates the Value of Work Executed (Value of Work Done VOWD).Performs the Earned Value Management (EVM) for both Manho...
