About your new role:

As our Cost Accounting Specialist you will be an integral part of our accounting and finance organization. Relied on heavily by the Controller, CFO and the rest of the accounting group, you’ll have a lot of different responsibilities that all together help us run a great department.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and analyzing our monthly job cost to help our production team understand and improve their performance. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our accounts receivable and keeping our customer accounts current by helping sort out any discrepancies that prevent invoices from being paid timely. You’ll help keep our inventory records accurate by assisting in physical inventory accounts and helping to reconcile problem transactions.
