Major/Essential Functions
Directly supervises dental staff and provides dental services.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.Responsibilities include providing chairside dental care, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; encouraging dental staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.Travel may be required to perform chairside dentistry at other units as assigned.Preferred Qualifications
