Our client is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate Team in Edinburgh. The team handles a range of corporate finance matters, with a strong emphasis on investment funds.
The work will be technically interesting, and core tasks will include:
Consulting clients on the setup of investment funds, capital raising strategies, and transactions related to investment funds and financial markets.Collaborating with the investment funds team and liaising with specialists from the tax department.Preparing legal research and documents for client guidance and potential publication.Supporting clients in achieving their overarching business goals.
