Corporate Tax Manager

The Corporate Tax Manager will be part of the Corporate Tax Solutions practice, responsible for corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 income tax provision (preparation, review, and audit), and tax planning for large, multi-state and global organizations. This role includes managing engagements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with internal tax specialists to deliver high-quality client solutions.
