GENERAL FUNCTION:
Program manages and drives Strategic Planning, the annual process led by the Corporate Strategy team; Strategic Planning includes defined activities that ultimately lead to the development and documentation of the bank’s Enterprise Strategic Plan, a three-year plan submitted to the Board of Directors and Federal regulators on an annual basisDrives or participates in the design of the project plan, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of project managementOwns oversight of key Strategic Planning activities to ensure effective work assignments and timely, on-time execution, including activities managed within the Corporate Strategy team and activities led by our internal Line of ...
