Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to drive performance and growth

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and minimise churn

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships

  • Drive cross-selling and portfolio expansion across key clients

  • Lead complex negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial agreements

  • Ensure profitability through pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and forecasting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Product teams

  • Champion customer success initiatives by ensuring seamless onboarding and full product/service adoption
