Working out of their Headquarters located in Melbourne CBD, you will be the one setting the initial impressions and ensuring the smooth operations of the office!

What you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting employees, vendors, suppliers, contractors, couriers and visitors and organising daily passes
• Delivering exceptional customer service and manage reception operations
• Organising and managing events including catering and coordinating various activities
• Providing assistance with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, purchase orders, invoices and other administrative duties
