Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the management and the department heads on setting standards for the organizational development and performance improvement.
2. Translate the strategic plans into goals and design organizational performance evaluation measurements.
3. Advice, design and implement the best practices across the organizational departments.
4. Digitize the daily operations across the departments, reports and the performance evaluation process.
5. Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and surveys for employee retention, engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of Organizational Development experience/Management Consulting.
• Bachelor/Masters of Business Administration.
