Key Responsibilities:

Previous experience across a variety of transactional work including general corporate, capital markets, M&A, private equity, and banking and finance.

Assisting with file management

Drafting legal documentation; corporate ancillary documentation

Attending disclosure and completion meetings

About you:

Provide a first-class service to the firm’s clients.

Previous exposure within a top law firm

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

An understanding of post transaction completion tasks and admin duties within a corporate transaction
