Position Overview
**Overview:**
This role centers on being the organization’s first point of contact, managing daily office flow and reception, coordinating meetings, working with Executives and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
**Location:**
This is an onsite role located at 115 Federal Street, Boston, MA.
**Hours:**
8:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday, with flexibility for special meetings and events.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
+ Oversee mail, packages, and courier services.
+ Coordinate visitor badges, parking, and security protocols.
+ Prepare meeting rooms (A/V setup, seating, materials, refreshments).
+ Maintain conference room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
+ Support planning of office events, celebrations, and team‑building activities.
+ Support of Executive when needed.
