Within the Legal Business Line, the Domiciliation team provides clients with domiciliary and corporate secretary services. The team provides support for traditional investment funds/vehicles (Mainstream) and alternative investment funds/vehicles such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity and private debt, etc. (PEREs). 

The role of the Corporate Officer is to manage a portfolio of clients throughout the legal lifecycle of Mainstream and PEREs undertakings for collective investment funds (UCI) and corporate entities for which CACEIS acts as a service provider.
