1. Management Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop, manage, and optimize the annual overall Marketing operating budget under the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
- Establish a performance measurement system using KPIs and OKRs for the Marketing Department’s functions and personnel.
- Manage and assign tasks, provide training, and develop the capabilities of employees within the Marketing Department, including PR, Design, Content, Events, and other functions.
