Position Overview
The Position
:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Amenity Services Melbourne operations, ensuring alignment with the requirements of our client.Proactively work towards exceeding the client’s expectations and achieving the expected 5-star standard through hands-on leadership, team training, and personal standards.Oversee the operational aspects of catering, meeting room booking processes, kitchen operations, front of house service, and reception services.Effectively align systems and procedures in line with contractual agreements for our Melbourne location.Manage performance of the team, ensuring solid standards and continuous improvement.Identify and report hazards and ensure appropriate measures are undertaken to eliminate or minimise the risk of incidents occurring in the future.Ensure the client set KPIs are met or exceeded.
