This high-impact role in a lean business works directly with the partners to build a scalable corporate finance function, deliver high-quality advisory work across the full deal lifecycle and drive fee growth and originate new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Execution & Technical Delivery
  • Lead and manage corporate finance engagements across:
    • Business disposals (trade sales, exit planning)
    • Acquisitions and buy-side advisory
    • Management buyouts (MBOs) and Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)
    • Financial due diligence (vendor and buy-side)
    • Business valuations and strategic option reviews
    • Debt and equity fundraising
