PwC New Zealand is the leading M&A advisor in the market and the only Big 4 firm with a fully integrated deals capability across M&A, infrastructure, debt advisory, property and transaction services, advising on many of New Zealand’s most significant and complex transactions.

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance (Deals) team in Pōneke/ Wellington. This role provides hands‑on exposure to live buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, close Partner access, and a clear pathway toward Manager-level responsibility.
