Corporate Counsel

The Corporate Counsel is a key member of the Legal Team who reports directly to the General Counsel and plays an integral role in the development, negotiation, and execution of company contracts across all departments. The Corporate Counsel drafts and negotiates clinical, IT, research & development, quality, and other legal agreements that support Kumquat's business objectives, minimizes risk, and ensures compliance with company standards.
