Key Responsibilities：
1.Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end engineering implementation, operation, and optimization of core network projects (e.g., 5GC, IMS, PS, CS), including network design, site surveys, hardware/software deployment, integration, testing, migration, and performance tuning.
Oversee project planning, timeline, budget, and quality control, escalating risks/issues proactively.
Ensure timely delivery of technical documentation (e.g., design specs, test reports, acceptance docs).
2.Technical Leadership & Solutions
Architect and optimize core network domains (e.g., 5GC, i5GC, IMS, UDC, AAA, Big Data platforms).
Manage virtualized cloud platforms (TECS, MANO, CEPH) and data networks (routers/switches).
Conduct technical workshops, training, and produce solution guides, case studies, and best practices.
