Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to drive enterprise value
• Design and implement agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and autonomous AI actions
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems using Power Automate and various APIs
• Develop reusable orchestration patterns and intelligent agent architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and workflow refinement
• Support the iterative testing, rollout, and scaling of production‑ready AI agents

Requirements

• 4–8 years of overall technology experience
• Hands‑on expertise in building agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio
