Position Overview
**Role Overview**
The Coordinator, Production Innovation supports the day-to-day operations of the Production Innovation team and the Innovation Lab, provides direct administrative support to the Vice President, Production Innovation, and coordinates cross-functionally with creative, production, and technology teams to ensure initiatives run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage department calendars, organize internal meetings, capture notes, and support follow-through
+ Track team priorities, timelines, milestones, and action items to ensure alignment across initiatives
+ Maintain team databases (e.g., Airtable) and generate regular reports for cross-team visibility
+ Support department operations, including supplies, IT and facilities coordination, and maintenance of internal documentation and SharePoint resources
