Description

The Coordinator of Elementary Religious Education (CRE) part-time 20-30 hours per week is a member of the pastoral staff willing to work collaboratively with the other staff members as well as with the support staff, catechists, and volunteers of the Office of Faith Formation. The CRE will also report to and work closely with the Director of Evangelization and Faith Formation. As a minister of the church called to evangelize, he or she should be motivated to serve the People of God.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively participate in all Pastoral Staff meetings.

  • Attend and report to Pastoral Council as requested.

  • Coordinate with pastoral staff members, as needed.

  • Submit and maintain the annual budget.

  • Coordinate with the Director of Evangelization/Faith Formation the parish participation in the Religious Education Congress.
